Extremely Disappointed – I Demand a Full Refund Immediately

To the Management,

I am absolutely furious and disgusted with the pathetic experience I had with your shop. I had placed an order for a special cake for my boss’s birthday, and what I received was nowhere close to what I had ordered. The design was horrible, and the overall quality was unacceptable.

When I came to collect the cake, I was completely shocked. Your staff casually mentioned that the chef wasn’t available and someone else had made the cake. If the chef was not available, why on earth did you even take the order? Was your greed for money more important than delivering quality service? Because of your carelessness, my entire event was spoiled, and I was left embarrassed in front of everyone.

I had no option but to take a plain white cake that I never wanted in the first place. This is absolutely unprofessional and shows zero responsibility from your side.

I demand a full refund immediately — not an excuse, not an apology, but my money back. This kind of service is unacceptable, and if I don’t receive a prompt response, I won’t hesitate to post this experience publicly and take further action.

Worst experience my wife had. I always used to order from here only but this last experience was worst, you guys fooled my wife just to make money. last month for my birthday, she ordered cake from sapna Sangeeta branch and took delivery from Saket. just to increase weight and earn money you guys placed a pipe and pored hard icing into it. Moreover hard icing was badly crafted like a 3rd hand copy. that cake was not that long that you had to put thick pipe in. Neither it was soft. the flavour was mix fruit and the icing placed on the top was also melting while pick-up. I didn’t wanted to ruin my wife’s mood that time, in hurry I ignored. reason behind posting this review today is tomorrow is my niece's birthday and wanted to place a order for cake so I remembered this incident, as I used to order cake from you guys only and first time I felt like no I will find some other baker and place the order. as the trade for trust has been broken, money is not the matter guys be careful of what you are ordering and what you are getting. no doubt their taste is amazing but this incident took everything.
