I have been a regular at CSB, Govindpuri Branch in Gwalior for about a year and a half, making it our go-to spot to hang out with friends. During each visit, we never sat idle without ordering, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere with at least three people. Our typical order was the rose tea, but on this occasion, they didn't have it, so we opted for three chocolate teas.

However, our positive experience took a turn when, after enjoying our tea and engaging in discussions for about an hour, the staff approached us. First casually, then more assertively, they mentioned that we couldn't sit idle without ordering. This left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. They were rude, indifferent, and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers.
