Read moreIn my personal view there is nothing in there to appreciate anything, from service to food everything in my view and experience are totally naive and a waste of money. I ordered yellow daal which is just a boiled one, then I ordered Pindi channa which also boiled one when a separate channa from masala, seems like you just have a boiled one and giving you unnecessary smoky taste which is not required in this dish. The onion raita was ok, but don't go for pineapple raita otherwise that will confuse you as you are taking custard or raita. Breads are ok but ask them not to use smokey butter on bread. Rice is ok. And don't go for their best dish known as "Malmal Paneer", I don't know what that was, literally on a very first bite, I spit it out, and literally I would not recommend this restaurant. And as per Google this restaurant says 400-600 for two persons but it is bluntly lie. A simple lintel is 340 tax extra and bread costs you 45 tax extra, so, food for thought how it cost for two in 400-600. And last not the least, i don't know why the staff always stand...
Read moreI recently ordered Paneer Tikka Butter Masala from Kwality Restaurant, expecting the usual quality and taste. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the food and service.

When I raised this issue with the service supervisor, he gave me a strange excuse saying "we removed the roasted part and marination." This explanation made no sense â if you're serving Paneer Tikka Butter Masala, it should include properly marinated and grilled paneer.
When I questioned further, the staff went silent and didnât provide any solution. The overall experience was poor and unprofessional. The paneer was completely raw, and the dish lacked flavor and authenticity.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the food preparation and staff accountability. Customers deserve what...
