I am writing it again to tell what has happened while i was dining. We were in the middle of the eating and the waiter kept coming in between asking us to take our plates in between of our eating. This happened 3-4 times and 4th time he directly asked us to leave as according to him there were people waiting(which i couldnt see anywhere). Also we were the last person among the full crowd and he constantly disturbed us while we were having food. They didnt say anything to anyone who were already there before us. After that when we left in anger , the manager was full in attitude and instead of being apologetic he was only showing attitude and he was like do not write any review or anything as this will ruin their reputation but what happened with me should not happen with anyone so it was important to write this review. I loved bistro before this but now..i will make sure i never visit the place again as this is not how you treat your customers. If there were people waiting , nobody ask their customer to leave. I really did not like what has happened and above all the attitude of the manager was not acceptable. It was clearly visible that he was not at all sorry for his attitude...

We happened to come across this café while looking for a good place to grab a bite. As we entered, we were quite confused by the waiting area, with no one to guide us to the actual restaurant. After climbing the stairs, the first thing that hit our eyes was the washroom. It's a welcome sight to see considering that most cafés in gwalior lack the facility. The ambience is great. The decor is very appealing, and the chairs are amongst the most we've sat in. The menu is nice and varied and the pricing is more affordable than we thought at first glance. We ordered the Chinese pizza, two iced teas and a brownie waffle. The Chinese pizza was quite saucy for our tastes and contained a lot of cabbage. The crust was flaky and the cheese came off too easily. The iced teas were quite refreshing and affordable. They were quite a steal. The waffle looked quite festive with a rainbow sprinkles and an unexpected scoop of vanilla ice cream. The portion was underwhelming, which is quite a pity considering its great taste.
