Chalu - Aapna Desi Chinese — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Had Gone for Chinese dinner after a long time. When we entered we were the only dine in customers in restaurant. Ordered Hot garlic noodles & Manchurian gravy Seperately. Hot garlic noodles were fine. But for manchurian I asked them that it's really hard ( just like flour balls ) manchurian balls in the dish. They changed the dish ( also counted on how many manchurian balls I have returned in front of me & returned the same number of balls. Me & my wife had one each & they counted it too ) and this time again disappointment was there in my plate. No change in terms of manchurian balls. I have to go till counter for paper napkins everytime. Also, at the time of ordering they told that combos are not available with dine in orders, you can order them via Zomato and have them. It seems that the main focus is on Zomato and swiggy customers. No Service for dine in customers. They didn't even notice that there were no paper napkins and folks, spoons on our table. We have to get up and take it from counter.

P.S. : At this rates ( 260 for noodles , 240 for manchurian) it is expected that atleast the customer will get Service & good food. If there was some error in food atleast service could have...

Last time we had food from chalu Chinese in July 2021 eating experience was v good quantity , flavour, packing was full value for money. Today we thought as the previous experience was good so we doubled the quantity of chilli honey potatoes and schezwan Hakka noodles and it was worst experience of Chinese flavours. Same stuff from hawkers street would have tasted much better as well one fourth on pocket. Surely the cooks were changed, no masks in kitchen , one cook and the lady who was handling billing and orders no mask , both coughing inside the kitchen and in the name of flavour it was just red chilli powder no touch of smoky garlic and tangy sweetness that’s the base .
