Da Pizzeria — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I have been their regular customer for the past 7 years thanks to their value for money unlimited meal. However for the first time today when I visited them i was treated with utmost unprofessionalism from their manager. We ordered 2 unlimited meals and this is how we ordered 1 large margarita and one medium. We were clear enough for a pizzeria staff to understand that we wanted one large pizza and in that one medium we wanted half topping of farmhouse and the other one option available .However the great gentlemen there served us with one large and 2 mediums? We could only finish a large and a medium the quantity we supposedly ordered.At the end when we went to pay manger there started an altercation with us in a very very rude manner that we wasted food? I was like that its your staff’s mistake and instantly he accepted that it was his staff mistake so thats why he will not impose a “financial penalty” on us however from next time they will only serve us in slices. What is this rubbish judgement was he passing?when you are clearly accepting that it was your fault how can you expect me to accept a penalty of some sort. I mean what level of stupidity is this? And all the while you were misbehaving with a loyal customer who have been visiting your restaurant for such a long time. I request the MD of this chain to look into the matter because managers like him will only ruin the name his...

I've had pizza here since 2017. Initially, the quality was wonderful. They used to serve great salads as well with unlimited pizza. This was my go to place for pizzas for half a decade. They stopped their unlimited salad in 2019 which was a winning point. I still loved their pizza so I didn't stop going. Then, over the span of last one and a half years, they have degraded their quality, trying to serve more bread in the pizza. I still didn't want to give up on them and yesterday, it was the last time that I'll ever visit this place. We went to the MP Nagar outlet after calling them if they had the unlimited option. They said yes. We were very hungry and our service started around 15 mins from the time we entered. They served us one pizza with different topping, i.e. 3 pieces of pizza for each person. We asked for a repeat of the thin slice pizza but didn't get it within the next 15 mins. We requested them again but it was like they didn't care. We waited another 15 mins. So, I spent around 1 hour, had 1/2 of a less than average pizza and some garlic bread and spent 700 bucks for that. The staff was very rude. When we asked for the bill, there was not a morsel of shame in their eyes and nobody tried stopping us. It was as if they wanted us to leave....
