When we arrived at our destination, the appearance was somewhat discouraging, when we entered the place was visual representation of how it hasn't been updated in years, the waiter served us with paper glasses, and a one pager paper print menu, honestly I have never seen such welcome at any restaurant, We found out the reason behind all this, the momnet we looked upon the menu card, The restaurant served food at very affordable prices to common people around the area, I will support the restaurant's appearance because of the prices on the menu, but again, I would also say this that if the restaurant would make some remodeling and renovations, they could really make some upgrade to both the restaurant and the image of restaurant, we ordered our food with expectations of good taste because, it is in the name, and recognition... our food arrived and fulfilled those expectations, the food was good, with multiple cuisines, we left with full bellies and happy heart. Actually they don't deserve any star. During my visit to Bhopal for few days, I visited this Hotel for taking away morning breakfast. I ordered few items for parcel. We were quite shocked to found that the Idli Wada Mix packed by the Hotel was not at all cooked fresh and the same was stale. When I contacted the Hotel over phone and complained about the stale food, they asked me to visit physically. Then I visited the Hotel again with the unfinished parcel and demanded for refund of my money. The Hotel's representative instead of accepting their mistake started talking to me rudely and in abusive language.

It was my first visit to Bhopal but such stale food served by a big Hotel in the locality and then use of abusive language by Hotel's representative has left a very bad & pathetic impression of Bhopal's hospitality, food & it's culture in my heart & mind.
