This happens all the time. Nobody cares there. No customer service. They never ever cut it properly and this time they crossed all the limits. How are we 3 people supposed to eat this? They never put cheese properly.never put veggies properly. Many times they have burnt the base. Yesterday they gave our order to someone else. How pathetic management quality is there. No wheat crust is available most of the times. They never show online after 11pm and yet they are open till 2am and claim that online app also works. But we physically asked them to check whats wrong with the app and they had no answer. We have no option online to bring from somewhere else. We have eaten from other dominos branches and they were far better and giving the best of quality...

I ordered directly from a Domino's restaurant and had one of the worst experiences ever. The staff was unprofessional and seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. They took forever to prepare the order, and even though they said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the store.

On top of that, the food was poorly packed, the pizza was cold, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. No apology, no explanation—just handed over like they didn’t care at all.

Absolutely disappointed. If Domino’s can’t maintain basic service quality at their own restaurant, that says a lot. Definitely not...

My experience with the Dominos at Devas Naka has been very bad. Every time I’ve ordered a pizza, they’ve sent a very small size with hardly any veggies. Even after that, they keep making mistakes, and the pizzas they deliver are completely tasteless.Sometimes the Coke is missing, sometimes the garlic bread is missing. Even when they make the pizza properly after giving clear instructions, they send undercooked garlic bread. we ask them for a refund, they say they’ll provide a coupon. But when we ask them about the coupon, they don’t know its validity, nor are they aware of the refund policies.
