Utsah Restaurant once held a reputation for serving delicious food, but unfortunately, it seems that their glory days are in the past. During my recent visits, I noticed a significant decline in taste quality, coupled with higher prices, leaving me disappointed with the overall experience.
Taste Quality: ★★☆☆☆ In the past, Utsah's food was a delight for the taste buds. However, the recent dishes I tried were lackluster and failed to live up to their previous standard. Whether it was their signature tea or other menu items, the flavors were not as vibrant and enjoyable as they used to be. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in quality.
Price: ★★☆☆☆ To make matters worse, the prices at Utsah have increased over time, which would be acceptable if the taste and overall experience matched the cost. Sadly, that's not the case anymore. The inflated prices are unjustifiable, especially considering the diminished taste quality.
Tea Experience: ★★☆☆☆ I used to frequent Utsah mainly for their tea, as it had a unique and delightful flavor. However, my recent encounters with their tea left me disappointed. The taste has changed, and the once-refreshing brew is now a shadow of its former self. It's disappointing to lose the one thing that kept me coming back to Utsah.
Value for Money: ★★☆☆☆ With the deterioration in taste and the higher prices, Utsah Restaurant fails to offer good value for money. There are now several alternatives that provide better-tasting teas and sweets at lower prices, making it difficult to justify returning to Utsah.
Overall Experience: ★★☆☆☆ The decline in taste quality and the higher prices have taken a toll on Utsah Restaurant's reputation. While it was once a go-to spot for delicious food and tea, the current state of affairs is disheartening. The diminished taste and inflated prices have left me disappointed, and I am now inclined to explore other options for my tea and...

Read moreAMBIANCE: It is located in Vijay Nagar Indore. It really requires some good ambience and dining/seating. They have more than a floor but the first floor is all empty with deserted chairs and seating. There's small seating available outside/beside the restaurant.
SERVICE: The staff is welcoming. The service is bad though.
FOOD: We ordered, Masala dosa, Schezwan masala dosa, Utpam, Pav Bhaji, Noodles, Chhole Bhature.
#Masala Dosa and Sambhar were at par. #Shezwan Masala Dosa was delicious. #Pav Bhaji and Noodles were delicious. #Utpam was not tasty. #They literally gave a small bowl of chhole with two bhautre and no refill/chargable refill which was very bizzare. How is one supposed to eat two big bhautre with small bowl of chhole. Choole was really bad in taste, it was filled with over extra garlic.
#Thier system and prize of extra pav is completely stupid they charged 18/- extra for just one single piece of pav. The whole packet comes of 18/- ruppes.
VALUE FOR MONEY: Not a recommended place but...
