I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust regarding the utterly unprofessional and abusive behavior of an assistant manager, Chetan Singh, at your Domino's outlet located near Saya Ji Hotel in Indore. My recent experience at this store was nothing short of appalling and has left me questioning the training and conduct standards of your staff. On [22/052025], at approximately [11:51PM], I visited your store and was subjected to unprovoked rudeness and offensive language from Mr. Chetan Singh. When I inquired about my order, he responded with derogatory remarks and used foul language. He was dismissive and disrespectful, creating a highly hostile environment." or "I simply asked for a clarification on an ongoing offer, and Mr. Singh immediately became agitated, raising his voice and using abusive terms towards. This level of unprofessionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position, is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Domino's as a brand.
