Kebabs Ville — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

For the past two decades, I have been visiting Sayaji regularly. Many weddings, family functions, and parties in my family have been hosted at your hotel, and I have dined at your various restaurants countless times. Until yesterday, my experiences had always been positive. Unfortunately, my most recent experience at Kebabsville was nothing short of pathetic, and it has compelled me to write this complaint.

day before yesterday on 24 August 2025, I booked a buffet dinner for 19 guests at Kebabsville Indore. Since it was Sayaji, I had full confidence that the service and food would meet your reputed standards. Sadly, what followed was a complete disaster.

Only one waiter was assigned for 19 people. Even after repeated requests, additional support was provided only after much delay.

The staff appeared untrained and indifferent, refusing to listen properly or respond promptly.

Snacks were served cold, and even basic things like water bottles had to be repeatedly asked for.

At the food counters, I had to request soup bowls from at least 6–7 staff members. Finally, I was forced to raise my voice before bowls were given.

The “Pan Ice Cream” ran out midway, leaving half of my guests disappointed. Similarly, at the dessert counter, we had to repeatedly insist before items like gulab jamun were served.

The overall arrangements were completely disorganized, and many other diners present were facing the same issues.

In all my years of dining experiences—both at Sayaji and elsewhere—I have never seen such poor service and mismanagement at a buffet. What was supposed to be a memorable family dinner turned into a humiliating experience. I had to personally apologize to my guests, many of whom are also your regular clients.

This is not the standard expected from a brand of Sayaji’s reputation and I sincerely hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the concerns raised.

If such standards continue, I will no longer be able to recommend Sayaji to others. You are losing the goodwill and reputation that you had built...

Hello I have been to kababsville 4 times in total

I visited the place on Sunday so there was a lot of crowd sitting there.

the ambience is awesome.. poolside sitting and all with music live singing which was nice.

now talking about the food... as all buffet has a culture that starters are served similarly we occupied our seats and waited until they started serving starters..

Starters included corn salt and pepper, panner agara, veg skewer, Schewan pineapple, mashroom tandori and methi mutter kabab, which were all good and enjoyed all

then we moved to the main course and had a variety of salads which were good to but I didn't find the food tasty.. the panner was hard and wasn't fresh. the breads were all burned and extra cooked which disappointed me, I then ate pasta and noodles which were good specially pink pasta.

In my all visits I have never been impressed with the main course, the taste does not meet up my expectation.

overall I found the service a little slow and the waters werent responding time to time, they brought the chapati after i had finished my pasta which was kind of shock coz place like kababsville u cant expect such low service, even if the place is crowded that should not effect the service and i have been to other establishment from sayaji like cravings and cube and they both have great service and taste.

My experience was only till starters, rest all was a little above average and i think it's main focus is on non veg that is why veg is average.

Overall if you are a hardcore non veg lover than this is the place for you, and if you want to enjoy veg BBQ then try jardin or bbq nation...
