Treebo Daksh Residency — Hotel in Indore City

After long wait got the room due to early check in as room was not ready. Still when got the room got it with just bed (don't expect large bed like shown in pics), had to ask for towels, toiletories, drinking water. Rooms are small and cozy, dont go on pics. Expect view of immediate dirty wall of other building from your window, so all time curtains need to be closed. Imagine how they served hot water in middle of winter peak, its on our request, room service person bringing half bucket of hot water after long wait, outside your door. When done with bath, put bucket outside of room door and they will bring another half bucket for other person. Its like you are staying in free Dharmshala. My aged parents had to take cold bath in early morning for 2 days, what a regret for me! Breakfast is average not value for money, overpriced meals at Patanga are below average with half qty served. So called free wifi you can hardly connect, and totally unsafe in security scan, so avoided. I visited this property with my family. I love this place & hospitality. I reached early in morning, Mr Tarun frm frnt desk gave me early checkin @8 am as soon room get clean. I have Delux room booking as they provide joint double bed in Delux room only. I found room beautiful and clean. Very quick turn around on room service except 1 instance only. They also flexible to change brkfast booking from day of booking itself by making last day brkfast as paid. A well decorated walls in all lobby and stair area & Entrance wall picture will make good place for art lover Too. Rooftop dine area is awesome decorated and chef ramesh & Mahesh made good food. Manager & attendents Ravi keshav shambhu tikaram all are very helpful. Multiple food option near hotel just across a block behind property toward Appolo hospital. Apart frm this few point need to take care. In my room i found toilet sometime get outside smell of some kitchen. Their services lieft area is messy many time by housekeeping by putting their stuff. In many ways, the work of a reviewer is easy. We risk very little yet can destroy the fabric of a hotel. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But there are times when a reviewer truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the new. Last three days, I experienced something new, an extraordinary service from a singularly unexpected hotel. To say that both the meal and its Hotel have challenged my preconceptions is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my likings to popular belief that : GREAT SERVICE is available only at a 5 star hotel. But I realize that only now do I truly understand why it's wrong . There are three star hotels in this world which do offer 5 Star Service. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins those of the genius now working at Treebo Daksh, who is, in this reviewers opinion, nothing less than the BEST Hotel in Indore .
