As a patron familiar with the standards typically associated with the Radisson brand, my visit to Farzi Café in Gwalior was deeply disappointing. I had expected a high level of food quality, service, and ambience. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short on all counts.

While the staff were initially courteous, their attentiveness vanished after the food was served. The platter had a foul smell, clearly indicating poor quality or improper handling. I requested to speak with the chef, but after making me wait unnecessarily, the staff left me unattended without any explanation or follow-up.

What compounded the poor experience was the billing process. After being ignored post-meal, no staff member approached with the bill. Instead, I was pursued into the lift for payment — a highly unprofessional and unacceptable act, especially for a property operating under a reputed five-star hotel chain.

Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and fell significantly below the standards one expects from a Radisson-affiliated establishment. I would not recommend this outlet unless significant improvements are made in both service and...

Yesterday I visited this place , trust me Dj is awesome, overall Farzi cafe of Gwalior is nice place to hangout with friends or family. Food was quite good but there was a guy named Abhishek rana I guess he was a bartender, his behaviour was not good he was very rude to me , and not behaving in a proper manner , i tried to talked to him in a nice way but he(Abhishek rana) was like he is in a mood to argue , i paid freaking 20,000 bill and this is what i’m getting.

FARZI CAFE GWALIOR if you are reading my review then i think you need change that guy , and its for your own good , coz he’s letting down your reputation, good places like farzi cafe need more sophisticated and gentle workers like bartenders or waiters, not people people like Abhishek rana who ruins your experience. But over all Farzi Cafe Gwalior is nice place other people were so nice too , Atmosphere was really good and I really love the music .
