Hotel divya palace — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Location is great, Condition of Rooms are also good but you may feel suffocation in rooms due to absence of windows.

Hotel staff and their way of doing business is a fraud. They are cheaters, they just want to make money by crooks. They have a mindset to cancle your booking anytime by saying NO to you if they get a bulk booking cust at higher price. We noticed 1 family and 1 Senior citizen waiting for check-In to this hotel as they had a Booking voucher from Make my trip but hotel denied to check-In as they already got a bulk booking for that day.

We also included food in our booking but hotel denied stating that you have a Room only booking.

Conclusion: If you want peace of mind and relax on your trip, Always...

We had booked with partial payment 10 rooms and on the very day of booking before reaching the hotel, we got a call from the hotel manager, he denied rooms to us without any valid reason and demanded full payment in advance for our booking and he canceled our booking. Moreover, he was not taking any responsibility to refund a single rupee. Because of his rude, unprofessional, and arrogant behavior, we had to book another hotel at the 11th hour. Nobody should trust and book any room at this property. He is a fraud...

Pathetic experience!! Even after twice calls to reception they didn't gave the water bottle at room, finally i had to reach down to bring it. Though passage area is clean but rooms are not that satisfying you. Found Broken mirror, unclean bathroom, dirty kettles. In morning their hot water tap started giving cold water, after asking they were giving reasons that their hotel is fully occupied and 1 child might kept the tap opened overnight. They compensated that by manually providing bucket of hot water. but * ....
