We recently completed an 11-day stay at your hotel, and overall, we were pleased with the quality of services and hospitality provided. The staff was courteous, and our experience had been positive throughout.
However, I feel it is important to bring to your attention a matter that left us disappointed on our final day. We had a late flight and, accordingly, requested a late check-out a day prior. We were assured that it would be possible for a small additional fee, and the timing and charges were clearly discussed and acknowledged at the reception.
Unfortunately, on the morning of our departure, we were informed that the previous agreement would not be honored, and we were suddenly asked to pay the full day’s charge. This last-minute change was both unexpected and unfair. What was particularly disappointing was the disregard for the prior commitment made by your team. If we had been told upfront that full-day charges applied, we would have accepted that without issue — but to revise the terms on the day of departure left us feeling misled.
This kind of inconsistency damages the trust that guests place in your establishment. It’s not just about the amount — it’s about the principle of honoring one's word. Unfortunately, I have observed this pattern in Indore, where foreign guests or travelers are at times unfairly overcharged by hotels and transport providers. I sincerely hope this was not a case of that nature.

Read moreBrand new hotel with classy and elegant rooms. We booked Gold room for 2 days from August 23 to August 25. The hotel is located very close to Indore railway station and you can see platform 5 and 6 from the window of the room. Hygiene and amenities are top-notch.
The owner of the hotel is friendly but the receptionist and the other staff are rude. When I requested for 1 hour late checkout the receptionist guy strictly answered "No" but when discussed about the same with the owner he politely said "Yes" and that too without any objection.
Room service was not good. We had to ask for every single thing. I asked for more tea bags, sugar and milk sachets and the room service boy provided all these stuff in hand instead of providing it nicely keeping everything in a tray.
If you are booking room in sequel and unavailable for the day then you might face problem in room cleaning because there's no staff in the evening available for room cleaning.
