The service was horrible, the guy at the desk didn't care if we had water, tissues etc. moreover, half the items in the list were not even available. The food was damn oily and I got food poisoning afterwards which in my opinion is not good at all! And there is nothing Italian about Italian club sandwich so, change the name if you may!

My request is please focus on quality, take care of your customers and try to serve hygienic food. Hope you will give me a chance to write a better review in future but, for now you...
