New outlet is opened at Scheme 78, just near to the Hub, adjacent to Upsarpanch and opposite to Dominos. Previously my experience at Shrinagar outlet was so hard but I must say that the owners have taken it seriously after my review and paid attention to it. Really appreciate. My recent experience at their new outlet in Scheme 78 is good. The staff seemed to be courteous and the owner herself was attending the customers in a proper, professional and polite manner. Tasted three chats. Aloo Tikki chat, Palak Patta chat and Suji Gol Gappe. My genuine review on all the three are mentioned separately –
GOL GAPPE are too good. The water used was hygienic and served in a hygienic manner. The masala of Gol Gappe was well prepared. A balance of spices and enriching the taste buds. JUST TWO SUGGESTIONS one the size of Suji Gol Gappe are a bit longer which one is not able to keep in mouth at once, it may be worked upon on the basis of survey. I think the size can be made a bit small to suit the size of mouth with comfort and the number of pieces served may be increased respectively. Secondly they are serving it in Dona made of leaves, which are in a way presentably different and traditional but the water which remains in it gets wasted because one cannot drink it out of that Dona.
PALAK PATTA CHAT this dish I think is their speciality. They prepared and served it very well. It was a very good combination of crispiness, taste and well preparedness. No suggestion in this dish. Keep it up.
ALOO TIKKI CHAT this dish I felt was of regular taste. Not able to maintain the taste of Delhi. I think they shall use Chole instead of Matar. Curd used was less, spices were not as tasty as Palak Patta, toppings were also lacking. It shall be worked up to make it better.
Other than all the three above they do serve Tokri chat, Papdi Bhalla chat, Dahi bhalla and Kandivada which I hadn't tasted yet to review or suggest.
I recommend visiting this new born baby in the market of foodies of Indore to relish their taste buds. After all chat is one of the most famous...
Read moreThe experience did not meet my expectations. I ordered aloo chaat, but it was prepared by cutting one potato into ten pieces, frying them in oil on a tawa, and adding some masala and green chutney. It cost 50 Rs but lacked flavor because the chutney and masala didn’t reach all the potato pieces. Additionally, I suggest adding some chairs for customers or, if that's not feasible, at least providing...
