Kyriad Hotel Indore by OTHPL — Hotel in Indore City

My wife and I visited Indore for a marriage party and stayed for 2 days in this hotel. I was given room 107. Room is of decent size.It was stinking with cigarette smell. I called up the reservation to ask for a non-smoking room. I was told- This is a non-smoking room. Two days later, I am infected with all the allergies and feeling very sick. I believe, this hotel is good only for people on business and not for families. House keeping not so good. Bathroom was small with dark interiors making it look even smaller. Reception & Room service Staff is good & cooperative. The roof top restaurant told us to have breakfast in the hot open area only as some person (VIP to the hotel) was having his breakfast in the entire a/c dining room. Still 2 stars as the staff...

Only thing impressive about this hotel is the food in their Punjabi restaurant. Ambience and service are also excellent. Other good thing is that the hotel is centrally located. ||Having said this, the rooms are almost like matchbox. There is not sufficient place to keep your baggage. The plug points which you will need to charge your mobile will test your patience. They are all 3-pin and you will have to insert a stick in the third hole to use a two-pin charger. ||The bathroom is the tiniest I have ever seen and very badly designed. You will want to run out of it within seconds. The bathwater keeps flowing under your feet much after you finished your bath. ||Overall, not a...

Recently visited this place with family for a night stay .. My few observations :

Entrance, Parking is fine and decent Below average cleanliness Seems hotel was under staff, they were not be able to manage guest. Because it was 26 Jan and top of that marriage season, hotel had full occupancy, we reached hotel at 9:00 am but did not get early check-in. Staff was also not even supportive. We have coffee at their terrace restro, there cups and utensils were not at all clean. ( i gave attached pictures ) Room was okay ! But toilet was without tissues and other stuff.
