La Pino'z Pizza - Lal Ghati — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I decided to visit La Pino's after having a decent pizza delivered once, but my experience at the restaurant was far worse than expected. From the start, the service was disappointing—the lady at the register was extremely rude while taking orders. When I asked if we could sit on a sofa in the corner, she flatly refused, saying we’d have to move if a family arrived. Strangely enough, two boys had just been sitting there before I asked her to clean the space. The wait for our pizza felt endless, and when it finally arrived, it was served in what looked like a cardboard lid—no forks, knives, plates, or even a serving utensil. To make things worse, there weren’t even napkins on the tables. It felt more like being handed food at a charity line than being served as a paying customer. The lack of basic courtesy and poor presentation were truly embarrassing. With this kind of attitude and service, I wouldn’t be surprised if the place shuts down soon. I certainly hope so. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you want a good pizza experience, go to Domino’s—they’ll at least treat you with respect. P.S. I don't need your copy pasted replies to my text. Maybe hire a humble staff or consider to check the reviews of your pathetic service. I'm shocked to read so many negative comments of the rude behaviour about that same lady...

The ambience is good but could be better if they put a gate or something to close the kitchen as the noise of litchycan be heard in all outlet as its a small place of 6 tables. And there washroom was like a public one. Their food was 2 on 5 I ordered mexicana pasta which supposed to be spicy but it was more of sweet on first place later you could feel the spice secondly I ordered 2 pizzas a margarita which was cooked perfectly but there sauce is little sweet and other pizza which I ordered was lovers bite it should have mushroom and jelepeno topping but it was too less filled with it. Money wise it's not too expensive. And it was there opening day so might that's why they delayed but I got my order after 45 min of ordering. Overall I would not...
