McDonald's Phoenix Mall Food Court — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. Employees seemed more interested in chatting with their friends and being on their phones than actually doing their jobs. When I asked for salt, it was handed to me inside a tissue paper—completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a global food chain.

I had opted for table service, but the order was just left on the counter, and I had to walk back and remind the staff to serve it. Meanwhile, food spills on the floor were walked over by staff and left uncleaned for a long time, posing both a safety and cleanliness issue.

"I recently visited the McDonald's outlet at phoenix Mall Indore and was disappointed with the payment and service experience. The payment process was slow and inefficient,I paid two time for the same order and the staff seemed unorganized and unresponsive. When I tried to ask for assistance, I was met with a lack of urgency and a general sense of disinterest.

The service was also subpar, with long wait times When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed unconcerned and unapologetic.

Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the poor customer service at this McDonald's outlet. I hope they take steps to improve their payment and service processes to better serve their customers...

Initial impressions were that it was way too crowded. I thought it was because it’s on the ground floor, but no, it’s because of the severely incompetent staff. The small kitchen can barely cater for a crowd half as large. After ordering on the kiosk and a 20 minute wait, I get my order which they got completely wrong. Extra cheese doesn’t mean a thing. God forbid you wanted your burgers without tomatoes. Just too bad, the Staff knows best for you- No cheese and yes tomatoes. Drinks were in the wrong sized cup, too.
