Diminishing the brand name and value which I could feel in my second visit. The restaurant manager took a long time than expected to handle the table reservation and made us wait for more than 20 minutes to get a table (in the name of reservation) which were empty all the time until we gave the order and almost finished the dinner half way. The order was usual as I don't explore much when we are late being with kid, still the recipe and bread were not upto mark or say worst PBM I had ever eaten. So oily and rough paneer in taste, forget softness and freshness. The bread (Garlic Naan) was so cold and rubberized that could not be eaten easily. Thankfully the waiter helped in replacement. The Kashmiri Koft had same story uncooked and the filling was not what we get in Kashmiri Kofta (my daughter's fav dish mostly). The serving time was quick this time but unless we get what we are coming for, it's waste of taste ;) overall very bad dining experience and not worth money we paid.
