Had worst experience at this outlet. I have been a regular customer and have order at different cities including Pune, Bhopal, Kolkata etc. But this outlet had worst service. I ordered large sundae and they delivered small one. Even after acknowledging their mistake they didn't do much and said can't help me out. I seriously paid for large and received small. Also the sundae was completely melted and when I said why ice bags were not added so they rudely responded that, if you will order something cool it will melt only. PATHETIC ATTITUDE OF MANGER!!!! Im a crazy belgian waffle fan, and undoubtedly the most regular costumer!!
