I attended a New Year's Eve party with my family at this restaurant, and I have to say it was a complete letdown. The atmosphere was incredibly dull and far from festive. Upon entering, there was a noticeable lack of energy, and it felt more like a regular evening than a special celebration. The decorations were minimal, offering little in terms of excitement or holiday cheer.

The music, which should have been an essential part of the event, was mundane and uninspiring. It seemed like they put very little thought into curating a lively playlist or hiring a DJ who could bring some energy to the room. As a result, the crowd was silent and unengaged.

The staff, although polite, didn't seem prepared to handle a lively party atmosphere, and there was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. Service was slow, and the drinks seemed watered down, making the experience feel more like a drag than a celebration.

To top it off, the food was underwhelming. It was cold, tasteless, and nothing special for a New Year’s spread. In a place where you’d expect high-quality offerings and a bit of glamour, this restaurant failed to deliver on all fronts.

I went to celebrate my mom's birthday, and this restaurant completely ruined the experience for us. The staff, especially the manager, were extremely rude.

I had booked a table 2 days in advance, yet they still kept us waiting for over 30 minutes—even though half of the tables were empty. When I asked, the manager’s excuse was, “Sir, these tables are reserved.” (What was my booking then?) I tried to stay patient, but the food was absolutely pathetic—especially for the premium prices they charge for vegetarian meals. To make things worse, they don’t accept wallet payments, EazyDiner, Swiggy, or even credit cards, despite being listed on all these platforms. That feels like a complete scam.

On top of that, don’t get fooled by the glowing reviews online—most of them seem like paid promotions. Trust me, you’re better off finding some other buffet restaurant.
