Heaven Shack Madurai — Restaurant in Madurai

I took my family along with two kids and we travelled 40kms to have lunch in the restaurant. 1- Service - poor. 2- Food - Almost 95% food items mentioned in the menu was not available. Even though we ordered whichever was available as we can't control kids hungry. Potato cheese balls - only five balls had cheese in it. It was Literally looting money just by providing incomplete food. Greek choice pizza and pesto pasta was ok but it is very costly. Strawberry pannacotta - I have tried this dessert in many other restaurant and I'm really disappointed with it because pannacotta which is supposed to be a jelly like white substance and strawberry topping at the top. But what you have served is full of white cream and strawberry toppings. Why are you cheating people? Definitely I will not suggest this restaurant to others. My humble request, if you don't have enough food items to serve please put a sign board in front of the restaurant saying "we are closed" So people will not come inside and get...

Today went to this restaurant to buy pizza. I asked the billing person about the each pizza toppings, that guy didnt respond well. Even to utter 1 word it took minutes. I ordered double cheezy large pizza for 425rs including taxes. After I came home and opened the box big shock for me that its neither cheesy nor have even sufficient toppings.
