Kudil sea foods — Restaurant in Madurai

I had a terrible experience at a seafood restaurant today. My husband and I had traveled from Achampathu to this restaurant with the expectation of enjoying exclusive seafood varieties of high quality, based on positive reviews we had seen on YouTube. We decided to order the prawn biriyani, but after repeatedly being told that it was coming, I began to sense that something was not right. They didn't use the word it is getting ready . They kept saying it is coming. Unfortunately, my intuition was correct. When the biriyani finally arrived, it had prawns 65 mixed in with it, and it was obvious that this was not prawn biriyani. I immediately pointed this out to my husband, who only believed me after tasting it himself. The dish was essentially kuska (flavored rice) mixed with prawns 65. We were both incredibly angry and demanded an explanation from our server. He confessed that the restaurant had mixed prawn 65 with their chicken biriyani instead of making the prawn biriyani as we had ordered. Imagine them removing the chicken pieces from the biriyani before serving their customers ! Which we assume was purchased from another shop. It also dawned on me that if I had been allergic to chicken, it could have resulted in a dangerous situation. I want to use this review to convey my disappointment to the restaurant that we did not order kuska and prawn 65, and that we paid 300 rupees for a dish that was not what we had...

We had a worst experience yesterday. We are foodie and seafood lovers. We had a fish meals , grab lollipop and Paarai fish fry . It was 2.30pm and for meals no kootu & poriyal and they compensated with omelet and that’s fine . Fish curry was pathetic and it’s like onion curry with barracuda fish with a small fish fry . And grab lollipop was like kolukattai and no grab flavored 😡. The fried Paarai fish was not fresh and smell was there . After having taste of Kalyan , Amma & Harris kind of restaurant for seafood , we felt worst experience...

KFC fish fry is excellent. I tried Nandu soup and my cold was arrested. Idly with prawns curry is good. Very good ambience. Friendly staffs. Each kudil have got a fish tank and love birds. Good restaurant for family and friends get together. I recommend this restaurant for sea...
