Salem RR Biriyani - Kamarajar Salai — Restaurant in Madurai

Coming from overseas eagerly was looking forwards to try salem rr biriyani after watching videos of the owner and how he praises his biriyani being the best and about how he made it. To be honest it's very average I've had 100 rupees biriyani at trains that tastes and presented better than this.

Very awful and poor quality biriyani substandard quality and service and cleanliness of the place very dirty and totally unhygienic no gloves worn by anyone to top it up the server guy sneezed on his hand and starts serving. Think the owner needs to first practice hygienic food practices and implement those before raving about how awesome his brand and biriyani is.

Anyone wanting to try just don't even have a look around this particular place just head down to thalapakatti or other clean well presented venues. Unless you want to get disappointed and compromise for just 40 rupees or over then go for it lol. Very horrible experience overall and also please let the owner Tamilselvan know if the management staff are reading it.

I recently dined at Salem RR Biriyani on Kamarajar Salai in Madurai and wanted to share my feedback about my experience.

The aroma of the biryani was enticing, and the flavors were rich and authentic. The staff members were courteous and attentive, providing prompt service throughout my visit. The restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for dining.

Areas for Improvement: Parking area must be needed, there is no parking space near by.

Food taste is excellent.Service needs a lot of improvement, and it's clear none of them are trained to manage the crowd. Today being Sunday,I went around 4 p.m., and only Chicken Briyani was there,rest all over. The worst part in service was they kept the leaf and Briyani,there was no glass of water kept to clean the leaf,and on request,they said DRINKING WATER is OVER and they provide BISLERI now,though we can afford a bottle,but,that doesn't sound good.The previous person's bottle was also not cleaned up til me leaving the place.
