Muthukumar Bun Parotta with Kaadai Fry is a must-try dish for anyone visiting Madurai. The bun parotta is soft and flaky, and the kaadai fry is flavorful and spicy. The two dishes complement each other perfectly, and the result is a truly delicious meal.
I recently had the opportunity to try Muthukumar Bun Parotta with Kaadai Fry, and I was very impressed. The bun parotta was cooked perfectly, and the kaadai fry was full of flavor. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The dish was also well-seasoned, and the spices were not too spicy or too mild.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Muthukumar Bun Parotta with Kaadai Fry. The dish was delicious, affordable, and authentic. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone looking for a great meal in Madurai.

Read moreVery small shop, you can't dine in. If you think you can take parcel & have it some where it is better to do so. You can't expect too much of cleanliness in this shop. We had bun parotta & omlette. This is the first time I had bun parotta. I personally felt normal parotta / virudhunagar poricha parotta is better. Bun parotta was very soft, however only the corner was crispy & the centre layer is more thick. Due to which I personally thought normal parotta which is thin gets better cooked. (Personal choice). Salna was little spicy with more masala flavour. Again I like salna which are little subtle. Overall it is ok kind of shop.... Nothing great about it.
P.S - Post dinner that night had acidity symptoms. So may be due to the...
Read moreThis is one of the most famous parota shops in Madurai, widely recognized and viral on YouTube. It’s a must-visit eatery if you’re in the city.
They offer a wide variety of parotas, with the Bun Parota being the most popular. Other options include regular parota, Kalaki, Kothu Parota, Kili Parota, omelette, half-boiled eggs, Kal Dosa, Sadha Dosa, Mutton Chukka, Chicken Fry, Nati Koli Fry, Thala, and Boti.
The only downside is that the shop can accommodate only about 12-13 people at a time, so be prepared for a wait during peak hours.
The service is quick, and the hospitality is excellent.
If you’re particular about hygiene, this may not be the place for you, so plan accordingly.
This review is completely based on my...
