SHAWARMA HUT, — Restaurant in Madurai

We have ordered lollipop chicken & schezwan fried rice. We have wait more than 30 min I have enquired about my order after 10 min my schezwan fried rice served. Schezwan Chicken rice was too spicy not good to eat. We informed them but they didn't care.Again for lollipop Chicken we have waited more than 40 min and I lost my patience went to cancel my order but they said it was ready. Worst behaviour.... Change that behaviour. My suggestion...

Very poor service in park town branch. The customers were not attended in the order that they come. Lot of irregularities in attending to the customers. Ordered full grilled chicken. The shawarma that they give along with it was not served with filling. Only the shawarma roti was given. But the lady said that the filling was kept when asked for. The staffs were in a hurry to go home. Waited for 45min for grilled chicken with so much...

I tried only Masala grilled chicken and mint grilled chicken both are semma tasty.. Slightly late serving to the table. I will try all varieties and post it soon. There are three serving tables in the last two sitting chairs that are not comfortable for sitting, it's like down and put up lift to eat food on the dining table please try to level up the last dinning area..

But the food was very very thirsty..😋😋. Please...
