Whenever you are not able to decide on what to eat than this is the place for you. Absolute Barbecues has opened their branch in PCMC. The place offers a wide range of cuisines, they have BBQ, North Indian,Seafood, Chinese, Italian , Chaats , Deserts and many more. Talking about the place it is huge and can accommodate around 50 people at a time(more or less). The Ambience is good, the have used all the vibrant colors for their decor. The seating arrangement is comfortable . One new thing I saw at this place was that they have color coated plates like for vegetarians they give green plates and for non vegetarians they give black plates in a way this is very helpful for the staff while serving. The staff is very polite and helpful and the service is top notch.Talking about the food let's begin with the starters: ●Vegetarian Starters: Peri Peri Paneertikka Lebanese Mushrooms Hare Matar ki tikki American Cheese Potato Churrasco Pineapple Crispy Corn BBQ Watermelon In all of the above I loved the Pineapple it is a must try, Crispy corn my all time favorite was absolutely perfect, Bbq watermelon i tried for the 1st time and likes it , the tikki and paneer were fresh and with perfect spices. ●Non Vegetarian Starters: Peri Peri Tangri Cilantro Prawns Reshmi Murgh Tikka Mutton Seekh Kabab Kasoori Fish Tikka The prawns and the mutton kebabs were on the top for me. The Peri Peri tangri was perfectly flavored and the fish and murg Tikka were good. The staff serves you till you are tired of eating , so feel free and eat as much as you can. Everything else is in a form of buffet. ●Soups Sweetcorn Soup (Veg) Chicken Noodle Soup (Non-Veg) The soups are good and steaming hot. They have a wide range of salads, table dips and sauces to choose from. Main Course: ●Veg Main Course Veg Dum Biryani Kacche kele ke kofte Corn Palak Achari Aloo Plain Rice AB's Special Dal Chilli Garlic Noodles Paneer Makhni wala Subz Miloni Thai Curry ●Non Veg Main Course Chicken Dum Biryani Mutton Rogan Josh Dum ka Murgh Chingri Malai Curry Srilankan Fish curry Baida Masala Chicken Fried rice They provide you with different breads as you wish. Corn Palak, Chilli Garlic Noodles ,Dum ka murgh, Chicken Fried rice are must try, everything else is good. The mix Sauce pasta tastes nice . And Dahi puri and papdi chaat are like cherry on the cake. Walnut Brownie Pan Pastry Berry Cheese Cake Fruits Custard Chocolate ball Pineapple cake Fruit jelly Assorted fruits Jalebi Piping hot Gulabjamuns and Vanilla icecream is a Must. Few days back I come to know that AB's open there outlet in Pimpri and want to get there but luckily I got the invitation to review there new outlet.

The place located on the second floor of newly opened mall and the ambience is good and spacious with comfortable sitting with space between the table. The perfect place to spend time with family, friends or dear one with 90's and 2000's songs.

The staff participate in customer having birthday with great enthusiasm with short birthday song, seen almost 4-5 celebrations. Feels like to celebrate owns 😁.

Now coming to the food, its huge feast for us as partner was non-vegetarian with same appetite its lunch marathon of almost 3hrs.

Beginning with tangdi kebab, it was succulent and medium spicy. Mutton seekh served first was lack in marination but later replaced with perfect one. Also tried the fish tikka (basa) and prawns which was too good. From the veg, beetroot cutlet was amazing and crispy fried corns were too awesome. Paneer Tikka and Mushroom tikka which I feel the best for the vegetarian.

Mocktails served to us was refreshing one (don't remember the name as it was bartender special) balance proportion of fruit juice and fizzy.

Cheesy potatoes, pizza and pasta from there live counter all are on the mark. Pizza toppings was too heavy, pasta was cheesy with touch of herbs and exotic veggies.

From the mains, tried chicken dum biryani which need some improvement (feedback shared to the chef, hope for the improvement) each grains were seprated with pleasant aroma but marination on chicken was lacking result to taste bland.

Laal maas goes best with garlic naan (amount of butter was low) piece was tender and absorbed all the spice from the gravy. Sri Lankan shrimp curry was way too delicious since its prepared in coconut milk.

Also tried the culture bunny meat for the first time and it was tasted too good also the quail with bone was on the mark. They do have shark meat, pecking duck and emu for which I would love to try for sure in next visit. The best part is one can select veggies and sauce with meat of choice and chef can prepare it for you.

They do have live chat counter as well.

Coming to the favorite part that is desserts, tried there paan icecream combination of vanilla, butterscotch with pan masala taste too good. Tried there gulab jamun, cheesecakes and other desserts all are on the marks.

The service were prompt even the all tables were full in weekend the stewards were active which taking care of the tables.
