Long time customer. Have been coming here since 15 years and I always visit this place whenever I visit my hometown(latur). Lots of childhood memories associated with this place. But I was treated with extreme poor customer service last time I visited this place. Ordered a mango mastani as it has been my favorite. Was asked to wait outside. They served with normal mastani and when I informed them about the actual order they refused to serve mango mastani and the server was very rude to my sister when she tried to explain. The owners even heard my actual order of mango mastani but I think for some reason they don’t want to replace the mastani. I did just handover the mastani to the server in front of the owner and left the restaurant with a smile. They did not show minimal courtesy of trying to clear out the confusion. Very poor service. Disappointed and will not visit this place again because of this rude and unprofessional behavior. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service as the food...
