Imagine arriving, hungry and hopeful, only to be met with a wall of arrogance and disdain. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a lesson in how not to treat people. Forget the aroma of food; prepare for the sting of disdain.
Their "policy" of closing after 3 PM for walk-ins, conveniently absent from their inviting roadside signs (photo attached), led us astray. Even a simple, courteous heads-up at the entrance would have spared us this ordeal.
The staff's behavior wasn't merely rude; it was a heartless display of indifference. We were asked to wait 45 minutes after a large group, a request we grudgingly accepted. But our three tiny children, just three years old, were desperately hungry, their cries echoing our own frustration. We begged for a simple meal, a morsel of rice and dal, anything to quiet their distress. The response? A cold, unfeeling refusal, followed by a dismissive herding, as if we were mere inconveniences. Keeping three-year-olds hungry might be acceptable and human to you, but not to us. So we decided to leave.
As we turned to leave, the final insult rang out: "They didn't want to eat anyway, just wasting time. Do we lack customers?"
When we dared to question their appalling lack of basic human decency, we were met with a torrent of further abuse. In that moment, we understood: reason was futile. Our children's hunger, their innocent tears, were the only voices that mattered.
This wasn't just a bad dining experience; it was a stark reminder of how power can corrupt, how arrogance can blind. A business built on such a foundation, on such a blatant disregard for human empathy, is destined to fail. This isn't just a review; it's a plea for basic human kindness. And a warning, that if you have small children, you will not find any...
Read moreWe tasted very rude and arrogant behaviour from the owner.
Our group of 10 people went to this so called hotel for lunch in the noon. At the same time a group of 50 individuals reached there in the hotel for Lunch. The group of 50 people had a booking there for lunch. So the owners ( one lady and a guy) asked us to wait for 40-45 minutes.
This incident looks very simple but we really got shocked by the rude behaviour of lady and guy. They were not at all talking politely or straight. Instead they choose a very rude language.
They might be owning the land at HariHareshwar and running a hotel but they are in wrong industry. People have to be polite in behaviour to work in this industry. We haven't tasted the food but we tasted arrogance from these people. They might have good food over there but eventually this so called hotel will shut down soon due to the arrogant behaviour.
I personally recommend people not to visit this place. HariHareshwar and Shrivardhan have multiple excellent venues for good veg and non-veg food.
Remember guys, It's just not the food but the overall experiance that matter the...
Read moreThis is a good place for vegetarians. Usually it is very hard to find a pure veg place with good food. Here you will find good vegetarian unlimited thali with taste like really good homemade food. The place is open so does get heated a lot in summer (that was my experience) but there are fans situated near the tables. But the place is quite open so it still is very hot. Main thing you need to know about unlimited thali is there was buttermilk in the thali but that is not unlimited😂 Otherwise it is a good place with good food. You need to inform them in advance if you are going to visit there as they do not keep food cooked. Based on the number of people who are going to visit they cook...
