Read moreTerrible Experience with Arrogant Owner and Tough-to-Eat Bhala
I had the unfortunate experience of dining at a restaurant today afternoon and I cannot express enough how disappointed I am. The owner's rude and arrogant demeanor tainted the entire dining experience, making it one I won't soon forget.
To make matters worse, I ordered their prepared bhala, expecting a delicious and satisfying meal. However, what I received was nothing short of a disaster. The bhala was unbelievably tough to chew and extremely unpleasant to eat. It felt like I was attempting to gnaw on a piece of rubber rather than enjoying a meal. It was truly an unfortunate waste of my time and money.
In the past, I had visited this restaurant a couple of years ago, and I remember the service being acceptable and the quality of the food being decent. Unfortunately, it seems that the decline in standards has been swift and severe. The current state of the food's quality is abysmal, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone.
What struck me the most, though, was the owner's attitude. They exuded an air of arrogance and superiority that was completely unnecessary. Their interactions with customers were disrespectful and dismissive, showing a complete lack of regard for the people who keep their business running.
Overall, my recent dining experience at this restaurant was an absolute nightmare. The tough-to-eat bhala and the rude behavior of the owner have left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Save yourself the disappointment and find another place to dine where you'll be treated with respect and served food that's actually enjoyable. This restaurant is a shadow of its former self, and I strongly advise against wasting your time...
Read moreOne of the best Bhalla in Aurgangabad. Located in the heart of the city, this place is famous for their chaat, especially Pani-Puri and Bhalla. The menu is limited but everything is super tasty and flavourful. They have recently started AC dine-in area, which is a plus point. Would highly recommend their special Dahi Saunth Bhalla, Bhalla Chole Tikki and Special Dahi Sev Papdi Chaat....super yummy!! The dahi which they use is very fresh and sweet.
The Pani-Puri here is also very tasty. The puris which they use, are not the usual ones, these are made of rava and are very crunchy. Finding parking in this area is a very tedious task and one of the biggest disadvantage. The place is super crowded in the evening and I found the dine-in service to be very slow. The person was very inconsiderate and rude. Was not at all paying attention. This might be because of the rush. Need to improve the service.
The prices of all the items are a bit on the higher side, but considering the quality, it's totally worth it. Overall taste-wise I would highly recommend this place. A must-try in...
