Need to improve Taste

I went with my friends here as everyone wanted to have fish. We ordered the Masala fish thali which had three types of fish. Quantity was enough for one person, but they really need to improve taste. I personally dint like the masala fish and taste of gravy. Now let's see how it stands on CLAPS rating:

C - Cuisine: As mentioned the taste is not that great. Taste needs improvement. Sorry but no star here as I specifically went there to eat fish thali and I didn't enjoy the taste.

L - Location: The location is good and they have built two branches each accross the road. Location wise it's easy to notice it and reach. They have parking place in front of the hotel. One star for location.

A - Ambience: Ok sitting area, nothing fancy. If you are just visiting here for food the sitting is ok. They need to keep tables bit clean and proper ventilation has to be done. Half star here.

P - Price: If they improve the taste the price is fine. One star here.

S - Service: Service was good. Got our food on time. Everything was getting served properly. Waiters were polite and cooperative. One star here.

Overall if they improve the taste this hotel can become famous.

The fish served is fresh and tasty . The taste is consistent and pocket friendly too. They now have two branches one opposite the other in PCMC . The second outlet which is on the first floor is mainly for families . The only thing they need to improve upon is managing the seating during rush hours very professionally along with keeping a track on hygiene and cleanliness which they try their best to do . The owners are very simple and nice people from Bhigwan and food is prepared by the owner's wife herself along with the staff in the kitchen . The taste is therefore awesome and authentic though a bit spicy for mild spice eaters but there is a choice of non spicy fish too in the menu for them. We were told to sit on an ordinary table because we were not in big group, only 2 people - This is OK as we thought taste matters. Taste - Rubbish. The masala and boiled fish was so soft, that I would never think of eating it again. The dry fish was so dry, that there is nothing on it. No balance or proper cooking. Sharing charges - Thali is limited, so what happened if I share it with my family just couple of bites for taste? I will buy more if we like, but they charged for this too (which we didn't pay after a quarrel). Late service.
