Okay why I'm giving this please read full comment. Whenever you go there, and whatever itum you want you will find it out of stock every time. I'm visiting shop quite frequently, And i noticed they don't care about point number 1. They don't want a customer to come back again. Main incident : I bought kesar kulfi, around 10 my family was outside down stairs, we shared all 10 but one my mom opened has melted already and its shape has no longer a kulfi, so we checked all the 9 by touching them and found 4 more those are in same condition,

Now I went back to him, and he was telling " No Replace" I'm really shocked about his arogant behavior when I requested him to listen to us before, but responded arogantly " no replace". I leave all 4 kulfi on his counter and went out to another shop,

*If you want to see his arrogance you can continue buying from him, at some point he will show you his arrogance.
