Absolutely the WORST experience ever at a Burger King. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I visited this outlet today with my friends, and everything about the service was a total disaster. We placed two separate online orders from the official app, both paid in advance. I placed my order first, yet it didn’t show up at all, while the second order placed AFTER mine got delivered quickly. Keep in mind, the store was almost empty when we arrived—no rush, no excuse.
We waited patiently but noticed customers who came after us were getting served before us. So we went to the counter and showed proof of our order and payment. Their response? A careless “it’ll come soon,” followed by the ridiculous claim that our order wasn’t “showing in the system.” Seriously?
We sat again hoping they would fix it, but obviously, they didn’t. We went up a second time and were met with the same nonsense—"not appearing on our machine." No effort. No urgency. Just empty promises.
After nearly half an hour of waiting for two burgers and two shakes, we had to confront the manager ourselves. And even then, they brushed us off with a pathetic excuse—“the machine is broken.” If your system is broken, how are you running a restaurant?
Only after we raised our voices and stood there demanding answers did they finally bother to give us the food. Not a single apology. Not a single shred of professionalism.
Also this wasn't my first bad experience. On a previous visit, a staff member literally asked for my phone under the pretense of helping me “review them,” and before I could even say a word, she gave herself five stars and submitted it from my account. I hadn’t even formed an opinion yet. That is manipulative and unethical. You do not force positive reviews out of customers—especially not by sneakily doing it yourself.

Firstly, I had ordered a Coke Float via the app. Instead of being informed that it was unavailable, the staff directly served an alternative drink without any prior communication or consent. When we questioned this, Sonali told us bluntly that we should have checked item availability before ordering—even though the app showed the item as available. When we asked if we could get another drink instead of the one served without our consent, she rudely refused, saying "This is what it is."
Secondly, during the same visit, we had ordered a new burger, but what was served looked different from the menu image, and the name printed on the wrap didn’t match what we had ordered. Since Sonali was the one who handed over the food, we politely asked her if it was the correct item. Instead of clarifying or checking, she dismissed us and told us to take it up with the manager, saying it wasn't her responsibility. Her tone again was very rude and argumentative.
We eventually spoke with the manager, who was polite and told us that replacements and clarifications should be handled properly and as per customer preference—something Sonali clearly failed to do.
