Disappointing Anniversary Celebration

I recently visited the restaurant with my family to celebrate our anniversary, and while the food was delicious, the overall experience was marred by abysmal service. The establishment had the potential to provide a memorable dining experience, but unfortunately, several glaring issues left us disappointed and frustrated.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were eager to start our celebration on a positive note. However, one of the first issues we encountered was the lack of glasses for drinking water. We had to wait for an extended period before finally receiving the glasses, which was an unnecessary delay that dampened our mood.

Our anticipation for a satisfying meal continued to dwindle as each dish we ordered took an exceptionally long time to reach our table. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, leading to unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, when the dishes did arrive, they were disappointingly cold. It was evident that the food had been left sitting for an extended period, resulting in a lackluster dining experience.

While the taste of the food was undoubtedly commendable, it was unfortunate that the kitchen staff and servers failed to maintain its quality during the crucial step of timely delivery. The lack of attention to detail in ensuring hot and freshly prepared dishes significantly impacted our enjoyment of the meal.

Furthermore, the service throughout our visit was disheartening. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive to our needs. It is disappointing when a special occasion is tarnished by poor service and a lack of care from the restaurant staff.

As someone who appreciates a complete dining experience, I must express my disappointment with the restaurant's service during my anniversary celebration. The tantalizing flavors of the food were overshadowed by the consistently late and cold dishes, as well as the overall lack of attentiveness from the staff. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and strives to rectify these issues, ensuring that future diners can have a truly enjoyable experience.

In conclusion, while the tasty food held promise, the restaurant's service during my anniversary celebration was undeniably subpar. I would hesitate to recommend this establishment to others until significant improvements are made in terms of timely delivery, food temperature, and overall attentiveness...

We recently visited this restaurant & bar as a group of 6 people, and the overall experience was truly delightful.

Ambience & Vibe: The place has a very cozy yet lively vibe, perfect for an evening out with friends or family. The highlight was the live music performance, which added an energetic and engaging atmosphere throughout our dining experience.

Food Experience: We ordered a mix of 4 non-veg dishes and 4 veg dishes, and every item was well-prepared, fresh, and flavorful. The presentation was also appealing – from the loaded cheesy fries to the sizzling platters, everything looked inviting. Non-veg dishes, especially the prawns and grilled chicken, stood out for their rich taste, while the vegetarian starters were equally satisfying and not an afterthought. Portion sizes were adequate and perfect for sharing.

Drinks: Between the six of us, we tried around 20 units of liquor and cocktails, ranging from whiskey to refreshing cocktails. The cocktails were well-balanced with a good blend of flavors (not overly sweet), and the drinks were served with proper garnishing and presentation. The whiskey was served neat, chilled with ice, and the service staff ensured glasses were promptly refilled.

Service: The service was smooth and efficient. The staff was polite, attentive, and ensured that we didn’t have to wait too long for our orders. They were also proactive in clearing plates and serving food hot and fresh.

Pricing: Our total bill came to around ₹7,000, which we found quite reasonable considering we ordered 8 food dishes + 20 drinks, along with the great ambiance and live entertainment. Definitely value for money for the experience offered.
