Read moreHello,
Thanks for your response. And here is my detailed review on what can be improved, since you replied.
Staff need to be attentive and informative. Since, it has been quite some time I visited, I do not recall my order. But from what I remember, my wife asked for some detail on what the dish contains or something and they were a little clueless. Also, the response was like we were supposed do to know what we are ordering.
One thing I remember for sure, we only ordered a main dish (one veg and one non veg) and roti but the staff was persistent to order a starter. Like he asked couple of times, I was like "bhai nhi order karna"
Also, when you order a roti, you expect it to arrive soon, if it is a running order. I think may be the waiter forgot or something, but I had to ask him couple of times to bring the roti.
Coming to food, I ordered mutton sukka (I believe) or some mutton dish. he taste was good, but I felt it to be a little undercooked. And my wife had ordered Dal tadka, which was good and she liked it. But, again the pain point was with ordering and repeating roti.
Overall, the ambience of the place is good and we enjoyed the view.
Hope this...
Read moreI went to the devkund waterfall with my friends. After all the fun and very tiring day. As two of my friends have already been to this hotel we decided to go for this hotel. Everything was good until our order arrived. Quantity was less and when discussed with them they accepted their mistake and agreed to give the food quantity which was missing from the order. When it comes to the quality of the food it was not that bad. We ordered chicken handi and the taste of the gravy was very pathetic. Me and my friends none of us felt like we were eating chicken. Apart from all this I noticed they are very unhygienic when it comes to washrooms. This raises the question do they really follow hygiene practices in the kitchen? After all this they have done a big mistake in the billing which costed us more money. It was one of my friends mistakes who didn't tally the bill there itself. I felt they cannot really manage their work. My first impressions of this hotel...
