Domino's Pizza | Alibag, Raigad — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I am starting to think that how the food might be prepared here according to the service, atmosphere, ambience, cleanliness.... Completely HOPELESS.....

Lack of cleaning staff, extremely untidy washrooms, wash basins...

The bin's were overflowing just near the washroom and wash basin area..

Tables and sitting chairs seemed to be not cleaned in ages.

AC was not working, It was dying hot.

Over and above all this things came across the 1st outlet of DOMINO'S charging 1 RS each for Chili Flakes, Oregano, Ketchup...

Recently came to my knowledge that Domino's is conducting survey's for improvement ( my younger brother answered this particular survey )

All the above things which I have written should be personally visited by and checked by the management of JUBILANT FOOD WORKS...

Being a stock holder of JUBILANT, after this yesterday's visit have come to a strong opinion that management is just busy playing with money in the market and doesn't cares about the customer service anymore ...

Honestly would be selling my small share of stock as I do not want to earn money by fooling people around like...

I had literally the worst experience today I ordered a makhani paneer garlic bread veg parcel n dip at 11.03 I waited for almost 1and half till 12.30 for my order and they didn't even let me know why the order was getting late I was getting late for my job so I rushed to my office some time later delivery executive reach at my doorstep at almost 3 pm means what the heck!! is happening here? in so much time I had ordered the whole menu in another resturant after some time deliver agent called me almost at 3 pm that I m waiting at the address for order I said seriously ?? Such a worst service by the Domino's the owner tried to bribe me by giving offers and requesting not to give bad feedback about us. But according to Domino's policy if any item is late after 30 min the delivery should be free still but the money will be deducted from delivery executive so I didn't give any harsh comment over there but if you value time please don't get your pizza from here instead order from another outlet it be time consuming and with...

I ordered stuffed Garlic bread, Mexican green wave and Chicken dominator, I regularly order this in Mumbai but the taste was absolutely different dough had some weird smell and they put too much of corn powder dusting instead of dusting all the extra, still had that after taste lingering on the pizza. Surprising was that the edges of the pizza had no crust unlike usually Dominos has that plus they tasted uncooked for some reason. Completely forgot to add salt in both the pizza which cannot work if you doing a take away. Stuffed Garlic bread was the only thing that we kind of liked. No gloves while preparing the pizza, so hygiene is a miss :( staff is humble but I feel training is missing, Absolutely disappointed with giving Rs 1000 which went in vein.
