Read moreIt is very defame and bitter truth and asking extremely sorry before stating my experience. I visited to phalahar wakad outlet today to get healthy food for my 2yrs old kid as he felt starving. I straightaway asked to staff suggest sandwitch for my kid as we r here for him only. They suggested go for cheese sandwitch. I placed order , it was taking time to serve it , we kept on reminding and in return getting answer it's in processing, we felt bad so we placed an order for milkshake to keep engaging ourself and my kid. Our milkshake came and went had it. Even we observed 2-3 customers who came and placed sandwitch and their order served swiftly.its been now more than 35 minutes and finally I asked to staff with loud words that why it's taking delayed ..you will b amazed to hear what he answered" sir aapne hi decide nahi Kiya and kya order Dena hai aur aap mere se aab poonchh rahe ho kab aayega order". I said don't make me fool check ur cctv record before using any words..my kid is feeling hungry so get it fast I mentioned it in very begining itself and placed order based on ur suggestion only Still they took 15 mints to serve it. I kept mum and finally I reported this incident to billing counter and floor manager. He simply said sorry sir I will ask my staff donot repeat this mistake in future. I said don't talk in English to settle this matter, it's all about our insult. Which I can't tolerate pls bring your staff and asked him why he used wrong words. Instead of stepping into ease the situation he simply said don't pay money for your bill as other customer will take our conversation in other way around and finally run away. Now you decide whether these guy believe in humanity or not. Seems not only money minded reason being our billing amount was less so kept on suppressing our order. Knowing the fact order is for my 2 yrs old baby.
Now you justify whether my experience is good and bad. I m leaving upto you.
Thanks Dr. Mahesh Wakad, pune

Read moreExtremely over priced. The amount they charge for the food items compared to the quality and quantity and the ambience is not at all justified. I see so many 5 star reviews not sure how and why. The food taste was just average. Pav Bhaji was loaded with butter not recommended for aged people or diet conscious people. Sandwich was nice and big but again charging 200+ for it not worth it. It was veg it had veggies between 2 slices of bread and some cheese. So whats the point in charging such a high amount. We also had the mango blast juice which was made with huge chucks of mango slices with a lil amount of juice. They knowingly put big slices so that it looks aesthetically appealing and as if itâs something extra large size of juice but in reality the just serve in a thick beer glass and quantity was way too less again for Rs 200+ item. We have juice stalls outside who charge only 30Rs for mango juice and they put more juice and mango chunks đđđ. The audacity with which these people are selling such over priced items and no one is questioning them is just a wonder to see. Hats off to the shop and the owner. And coming to last part ambience. They had ac and non ac seating. As its summer we went to the ac seating area on the first floor. The tables were just like any other south Indian restaurant but not as clean. We had flies buzzing over our food. So it was my first and last visit this place and I would definitely inform the people who are planning to go there to read this complete review and then decide. Not to go by the ratings else you will end up disappointed and...
