Read moreThis place amuses me with its good quality food and ample quantity. To start with, it's a Mumbai based brand having many outlets in Pune. It's a pure veg restaurants and a bliss for vegetarians. They serve different types of cuisine, from Indian to Italian. They have recently expanded their place with an outdoor and well as an indoor seating area, the Ambience is spacious, classy and vibrant. I went to this place with my friends We ordered The berry berry chiller (colorful, with strong flavour) The lemon virgin mojito (loved the refreshing feeling it gives with every sip) Villa special tea: I never had a tea which tasted so good. The flavour of the tea was wonderfully amazing and it justify its name) The Irish frappe (good consistency and amazing taste) Coming to the food The Indian spicy pizza (could have been little more spicy, but the base was perfectly cooked) Veg biryani (now before people start bashing on the point that it's not a biryani and is called pulav, well this veg biryani is justified to be called a biryani coz it's delicious, amazing and scrumptious. The biryani literally stood on a tough competition with a non veg biryani) The pasta was creamy and well cooked. The quantity compared with price was sufficient. The cheese fondue, a classic chess bliss served with sides to complete the heavnly experience. The veg mini burger, I can strongly say that this is one of the best mini burgers I had in a while. The peri peri Fries, crisp, fulfilling and had a great after taste. The
Coming to the most loved part, the deserts. They are mind blowing, like literally amazing. The waffles were so soft and mouthful Every bite was a pure bliss. The pancakes stood on the same footing, served with white chocolate and banana. You should not miss these deserts if you visit the place.

Read moreWe got the Pad Thai, Quinoa Salad and Margherita Pizza for the kiddo. Also got a pot of Masala Tea. The Pad Thai was amazing, it was a better version of a dish in some Thai restaurants in the US by the name of "drunken noodles". I just wished it had a little more veggies and optional tofu add on. The Margherita Pizza was very flavorful with fresh basil and a well made thin crust dough and just the right amount of cheese, so the kiddo ended up sharing a couple of slices with the bigger kiddos in the group ! Quinoa salad tasted authentic and had a flavorful seasoning, but we could see only 2 types of beans (were expecting 3) being kidney beans and black eyed beans. Also, the beans could have been boiled a little longer as they were a tad too crunchy for my taste. The pot of masala tea was a great accompaniment. Good for small family gatherings and prices are competitive for the kind of cuisine offered. Tea Villa has definitely made its way to our hot list of restaurants with authentic international preparations.
Update on Sep 8th 2019: we went back and got Cheese Fondue, Veggie Enchiladas and Churros. All were lip smacking delicious. Will be on our tiny list of restaurants serving authentic international cuisine. I wish the waiters were a little more familiar with the dishes and their...
