Foodies Corner — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Pathetic customer service. Today I visited this place. We waited for the restaurant manager to come and take the order but for first 15 minutes the Manager didn't come to take order as he was very busy playing with kids of some other customer. Finally, he came and he took the order. He told us order will come in 15 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes and then finally asked him about the order status. He arrogantly told us that you need to wait as it takes time to prepare food. The customer who came later were served food before he could serve us. I also highlighted that to him but he ignored me and replied arrogantly. After some time, food came and we were calmly eating food, he came to us again and started explaining again that he is right and we are wrong. We kept quite and listened him and did not replied him anything. While we were making payment and leaving the place, this Manager threatened one junior staff saying, "customer logo ko na jada entertain nahi karneka. Unko bol dene kaa ki order aane me time lagega aur badme waha se nikal jane ka.. Unko entertain kabhi nahi karneka". If this is going to be the attitude of the Manager then I think I have visited a wrong place. Though the food quality is good but I would never ever go to this place again. GET WELL SOON...

I’m short of words to explain the kind of joke. They serve on the plate. To start off with 1. The Food is so so when it comes to the taste. 2. The quantity of the food served is appropriate for the birds, not for humans. 3. I was shocked to see instead of having chicken pieces in the chicken starter there were chicken slices or you can say scrapes served. 4. The restaurant has only one server to attend the complete crowd. 5. The ambience is so dull that You feel that you are in 1990’s. It’s a proper time capsule, and if anyone wants to experience time machine, you can actually visit this place. 6. The price compared to the food quantity is super high. 7. I don’t know from which part of the universe these guys are serving Thai curry with no rice, and that’s absolutely a new invention, you need to order rice or noodle separately. 8. I ended up paying 2.5k for the quantity which is best for birds.

Anyways highly not recommended at all. Save money and go nearby...

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Would Not Recommend

After eagerly revisiting this place post its reopening, I was shocked at how far the quality has declined. The food was downright inedible — the noodles were stale and had a foul odor, and the chicken was clearly frozen and lacked freshness. When we brought this to the owner’s attention, instead of an apology or any concern, he chose to argue and dismiss our feedback, claiming they "check everything" before serving. This was despite five of us unanimously agreeing that the food was not fit to eat.

To make matters worse, we were still charged for the items we didn’t even consume. It’s deeply disappointing to see how far this place has fallen from what it once was. The previous owner truly knew how to run the restaurant and value customers — unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case.
