Dont believe influencers ... this is a strictly ok place and can be avoided .. I visited it with my family for lunch. We were looking forward to the monsoon menu but were informed that it had been discontinued 3 days back. We also happened to visit on 15th August so no drinks were on offer . Both the things we completely understand. AMBIENCE We had to call our waiter to clean the table alloted to us as it was stinking like it had been wiped with a stinky cloth. We also realised that the menu card itself was also stinking and had never been cleaned . We asked to be seated in the ac section to avoid the stink but we're told that the Ac section is closed .
FOOD / DRINK SELECTION When we asked the server to give us the mocktail menu he said and i quote "that the menu is unavailable as its a dry day you can choose between virgin , or blue syrup mocktail ". Only God knows what that meant ,Little exasperated we asked the server to xall the manager but he avoided the question all together , we went ahead and ordered 1 cola and 1 maaza . The glasses that we were served in were plastic and completely worn out. We tried to order bharleli bombil which was not available, neither was the mutton galawat kebab. While ordering dessert jalebi ,kulfi , or any other icecream like motichur ladoo, paan icecream were not available. Only butterscotch, strawberry and vanilla were available . Our server was clueless about the whole menu and ran back to the kitchen to check with every order. He also missed one prawn agri order and insisted that we hadnt place it . We had kind of given up by that time and instead of creating a scene we just prayed that the food would make up for the experience we had .
FOOD The quantity of the food was very good and each dish was sufficient for 4 people. The quality of the food was strictly ok other than the rawa fried bombil which was too oily and must be avoided .
Since our displeasure had started showing on our faces and my wife mentioned about writing a review, the server alerted the manager who tried to make up for the shortcomings by sending us complimentary gulab jamuns which we refused profusely, but they were still served at our table. We appreciated that effort. But we sent 3 portions back and shared one as we were not paying for the same..
Needless to say .. we have learnt our lesson . DO NOT BELIEVE INFLUENCERS praising this place. Save your money for a worthwhile place. I was unhappy so did not end up taking any pics of the food. Attaching a copy of the bill for...

We were a group of 8 consisting of 2 senior citizens, 1 pregnant woman , 1 adult wearing a belt for back support and 1 child under 10 years. The gentleman in charge of assigning tables, Karthik seemed completely lost. We requested them to assign a table away from the dance floor which had speakers located next to every table. After waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes, Karthik assigned us a table on the terrace level. We thought that there might be an elevator, but were surprised to learn that there isn't any!
Somehow we climbed the stairs only to learn that there was just 1 table for 4 and they were waiting for an adjacent table to become empty so that they could join the two! We were furious to see this because if their solution was to join the tables then why didn't they join tables from the ground floor itself before assigning them to many others who were behind us in the wait list?
We were too tired and hungry to back out. So we waited again and placed our order. The server messed up our order thrice: A. We requested for canceling one item and replacing it with another item. They canceled the item and forgot about the replacement. B. We had requested for serving the Indian breads along with the starters. They forgot about it. They didn't even get them until the main course dish arrived. C. The server messed up the desserts. We had to again wait.
The cherry on the top was when their washbasin which earlier lacked a decent hand-wash ran out of water!
To be fair, their food was fine. But I don't think I'll ever visit this place again as I don't have the time or energy to go through a similar traumatic and...
Read moreWhilst searching for a dhaba near ulwe, this place came highly recommended on Google maps, hence decided to give it a go.
The parking lot and entrance is quite shabby with muddy patches, hence one needs to be careful entering and exiting, especially at night. The seating area is divided into outdoor, semi indoor and air conditioned sections. The toilets are not very clean & there were a lot of mosquitos in the semi indoor seating area which were an unpleasant experience.
The service is relatively quick and staff is polite and attentive. We ordered the following:
Tandoori Chicken Full 4.5/5 Excellent preparation with minimal colour and spices, that made the tender chicken cooked to perfection more enjoyable. A definite must have.
Karari Roomali Roti Papad 5/5 Absolutely must order to go with your drinks. Crispy and loaded with onion/tomato/cilantro and nylon sev.
Butter Chicken 4/5 Typical punjabi style butter chicken with tandoori chicken pieces on bone. You can order a boneless chicken version too, but the bone one always tastes better.
Jalebi with Rabri 3.5/5 Good but jalebis weren't fried in desi ghee, hence not as enjoyable.
They have a bar section wherein you can order your choice of alcohol by the bottle as well so it's feasible to buy such if a large group is involved.
Overall, the experience with regards to the food and service was very good but I hope that they look into the negative aspects mentioned above as well, so that one can think of...
