One of the worst services you could find. I came in the other day, and ordered a tea to start with. The menu I was looking in to order my next course, was taken away from me. I was handed over the bill of the tea before my tea was even finished. inexperienced untrained staff, especially the older man waiter. Please train your Waiters on hospitality. I tried one moreover time, thinking it might be a one time thing. When asked for the AC room, your waiter mentioned it is only for a proper meal and not snacks! What does that even mean? What do u suppose I have come in during lunch time for? If I want to sit in an AC room, then what does it matter what I am having there? Like every place else, can't you keep the prices premium for AC and non AC ? Your Waiters are so arrogant and rude? I do not understand what you are trying to give the customer experience, but this is the last time I am stepping in...

I have not visited this place in the Mid-Covid catastrophe and neither I have been ordered online anything. So based on Pre-Covid experience, this is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Sangli city. The fellow waiters are polite and well functioned. The food is nice and delicious. Order sometimes gets delayed but that's acceptable at rush hours. Try their specials sometimes it's delicious. They have Air Conditioned compartments with a variety of options such as outdoor sitting as well. They also follow standard cleanliness protocol now of course you'll know Sangli cities "standard" cleanliness protocol. Multicuisine restaurant at the corner of Indira Bhavan. Its a famous place and been here for a long time. It’s often crowded. It serves Punjabi, Chinese, SouthIndian and snacks. Their speciality lies in breakfast and snacks. The taste was just awesome of the Dosa that we ordered. The place is very clean and hygienic. Service is moderate and has scope for improvement.
