Hotel Saiba — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Good Evening All saiba Firstly we are vintage member of saiba hotel But in few years facing mant issues about quality and service , Here I am mentioning some points, please look into this matter with serious manner

You should improve the food quality because as I we enjoying the food worst quality tasted ever in this few years.

2.Staff thinks that they are owner of Hotel ahe wherever we visit they feel us with very arrogantly, and there are rude.

There is closing time is 11 PM when we enter a hotel at 10.30 though staff ask you to order once at a time as if we are having food for free and we are not paying them for their service.

I think jeera rice look likes is already cooked and look very dry and roti quality was worst at evry time.

When we asked waiter for specific things they delay to serve and pass the work to another person with saying I am not concern person.

I just want to ask saiba's all members that how much time required to make masala papad is it big deal and at 10.30 they are saying u will not get masala papad.

If closing time is 11 PM then you are all liable to served customer properly until they finished their food.

All the waiters are irritating even captain also very arogant they are not at all hygiene And they put fingers in the nose and serve the food. No words for them I am fan of them.

Very disappointed and hopeless service and management.

Had ordered kaju paneer with special instruction to make it spicy, even after this person who had taken order ignored it and given plain non spicy dish, upon asked mentioned that our dish is medium spicy hence not mentioned in kitchen and was asking waiter to take it back and add chilli powder to make spicy!!! So why not same comment mentioned while taking order and taken our confirmation once again to make it spicy or not?
