Worst experience..I ordered chocolate truffle cake which I wanted to get delivered by 11.55 p.m on same day... For that I paid Rs.200 extra, but the cake was not delivered..after calling them next day, the lady from helpline told me that there was some delivery guy issue nd she suggested me to drop an email complaining about what happened and to cancel my order, when I dropped a mail to them they replied me saying your order is in a process, it will get delivered shortly, several times I told them that I don't want cake now nd there was no point of sending cake next day..nd I had paid 200 extra just to get it delivered on time, but then they said that we got your payment late so it is getting delivered next day. I told them that I had read all their terms and conditions nd according to them I had placed an order before 7 that was by 6.30 and so I can get a refund, but they were not accepting their fault, after calling them several times they said they cannot give refund but they can send me same amount coupons, I told them I don't want any coupons nd I don't trust their service anymore, then they stopped replying, then I again dropped a mail saying how can u make ur customer unhappy? Then they told me that they will send Cadbury celebration pack along with cake..then I told them to make that cake eggless one and send chocolates as well..I will suggest everyone not to trust them..they spoiled my whole surprise.. Highly...

Very worst experience ever had. I had ordered for 1Kg Cheese cake for around 1500+rs and what i got was a regular one, not even 500rs worth. Even though i called and followed up once placing my order before 6.00pm , i got a call from their Bangalore franchise at around 10.00pm only, stating "We cant deliver what you asked for, by today". Without any choice at that odd hour and keeping the even in another couple of hours, i had been forced by them to deliver equivalent or better one. But what i got is not even tasted like a cake. Its just a low quality bun topped up with tasteless, odorless foam.

I have been chasing them since 13 days, but they are not at all responding.

Worst customer service, disappointed wasn’t able to send cake to my sister on her birthday. Very rude and spoiled a occasion. After the order placed, they want an extra Rs.250/-, to deliver the item, as if they can travel all over India in just Rs.250/-. If miss that alert, you won’t be able to send cake on special day. After such a disappointment, when we reach out there customer service, they hang up the phone when you question them. After all these, they don’t want to refund, instead they can get me coupon in 4-10 days to my email, to use it within one year. Dare if you want to spoil your occasion. Be careful guys. These are scammers...
