Waiting time is toooo much. Manager is ignorant. He just runs here n there showing he is extremely busy but he was doing nothing. Staff is inattentive. After waiting for 45 minutes we got a table. No one came for taking the order until we called them 4-5 times. After giving the order. We waited for more 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Food was okay. We asked for more roti, which took forever to reach us. We were literally waiting for 30 minutes for roti to arrive. After which the waiter says the reshmi paratha you've order is not available can I get rumali roti🤯. We had no other choice than saying yes. He got the rumali roti after more 20 mins. During this we had to complain to 2 waiters and the great USELESS MANAGER. The gravies became icecold till the roti arrived. We eat it somehow, as the hunger was also gone by this time. Still we were fools to order shahi Tukda after this mess. It took another 20 mins. After this pathetic service by them when we asked for the bill, they gave us the bill of another table, then they said sorry n gave our bill which was ofcourse incorrect instead of 5 reshmi paratha of 350rs they charged us for reshmi kebab costing around 1950rs This literally blew away my mind. I told them this is incorrect, they said sorry again n made another bill with the SAME MISTAKE. I finally scolded at them for this nonsense, they again said sorry n made the final real bill, which was not at all worth the cost we paid. We would never visit this pathetic place ever again. N would never...

I recently visited the Jaffar Bhai Biryani outlet in Panchgani (31/05/2025) and, unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected.

Parking & First Impressions: Despite there being ample space available, parking was not provided. The security guard rudely instructed us to park on the street, which was an unpleasant start to the visit.

Service & Hospitality: Upon entering, there was no one to assist with seating. We had to chase down a waiter just to get a table. The person at the reception ignored us completely, and only after asking another staff member at the billing counter were we finally shown to a table. The lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness was disappointing.

Food Experience: We ordered five biryanis and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for them to arrive. Even after repeated reminders, the biryani served was half-cooked, which was unacceptable. Salads were not served initially and only brought to the table after we had finished most of the biryani.

Billing Hassles: The billing process was equally frustrating. It took another 30 minutes and several reminders—along with an argument—before we finally received the bill.

Overall Verdict: The entire experience felt like a letdown. Poor service, undercooked food, and a lack of basic customer care made it clear that this place is more hype than substance. Definitely not...

These guys don't deserve a try. All the reviews i saw were negative and complained about staff at a slow pace and food not worth the hype during rush hour. But I went on opening time at 07:30 PM . The manager is old school and suggests cleaning the floor all the time though it will be spoiled by people walking while it rains outside, nobrainer. Suggested to wait till everything is cleaned inside.

A total of 18 people were allowed inside along with us at 07:30 PM. Guess what! they can't handle even this number. It took 50 mins to bring in biryani and a starter.

Food: Food taste is average, signature chicken dub biryani is dry and hard. Hell lot of food color in every dish. Pay extra for raitha.

Staff: The head who overlooks serving staff got some bad feedback that food coming to them was slow or something & and the next thing was, the same guy serving on our plates started swearing on those customers. These are the pathetic unprofessional idiots hiding in formal clothes.

Hygiene: Unhygienic environment filled with flies, unwashed plates, staff dipping their fingers while serving.

Restroom: pathetic as usual

Funny part: awards which they hung seems to be a self made canva edit. Cause no one who has good taste of food would give...
