Jay Ambe has brought an innovation in the chat variety of street food to Kolhapur. I have visited it earlier when it was a street side cart which now has expanded and is a proper seated cafe. There is a drop in the quality of its products post covid and its understandable given the circumstances. It was not overcrowded when I visited it this time. But by late evening, people started flocking to the Cafe. I tried their special pizza which was not so satisfactory as I was comparing it with the quality I originally tasted. It was good though. The cold coffee is nice and thick. I tried something called the tandoori dum puri. It was a different taste, enjoyable. But service as usual was pretty slow. They could probably work their way...

So Why I Hate this place so much?? Because they have too much fusion in every dish. How can you add mayonnaise in every Dish?? Pick any dish & there will be too much fusion. But people Love this place so much which is beyond my understanding. Yes, they do have few Good Options like Coconut Shake & Choco Lava Cake which are way better than any other restaurants in Kolhapur.
