❌Highly not recommended ❌ "Huge waste of money, time and food". Overpriced but in return no quality food taste.

Food & environment: Very disappointed with staff, food taste, service and overall quality. Yesterday we went for lunch. Spicy Ramen soup served even upon sincere requests not to make spicy. Starters like dragon chicken - less quantity but highly priced. Waiter who took our order was so mean. No warmful behaviour. None of our recommendations or requests were considered. Either the dish I personally requested was not available or was spicy. Based on previous month visit, I requested flat noodles but it was again not available for day. Atleast have some courtesy to plan " day wise menu". Put that on every table or at entrance so that customers like me don't have to feel confused while ordering. Cause your staff is nowhere helpful. Menu card is so outdated. Waiter's reply most was "mam ye menu mein nhi hai, ye available nhi hai". It was so annoying to order. Whatever he suggested was again out of menu card with zero quality taste.

Staff : We were only 4 people in whole restaurant still they took atleast 20mins to serve white sauce pasta.. Slowest slow service. Even though their were atleast 10helpers in one room only one will come to help upon 3 times call. No one is attentive. Everyone is so dull, less active and lazy face except Gouri. Why have you exactly hired them? Even refilling water glass is big task for 10 staff members.

SINCERE MESSAGE TO OWNERS - If this is how you keep treating us you will be out of competition in long run. What kind of attitude your staff especially waiter has? Being demean with well background customers you, it is nowhere adding value to hospitality. Please train your staff. Train them - how to talk to customers, how to be polite. Teach them basic manners and basic hospitality behaviour.

This was 3.12.2022 review - Prime location. Situated on main road above Pizza Zone. Parking is an issue. Amazing ambience. Very photogenic interior. Seating arrangements are well planned. Loved all the colour combination and chandelier.

1 star for ambience and 1 for whatever food was served. That's all. I'm a vegetarian and only commenting about vegetarian dishes.

More than a review this will be feedback to the restaurant and helpful information to the customers.

1st thing 1st they don't have any extra ordinary dishes which they have mentioned in the menu like jalapeno poppers ideally for which people go so that they can try something new.

2nd they don't even have basic items like regular Paneer Tikka , Cheese Chilly Toast and Pineapple Raita.

3rd important thing is that the staff don't even know the ingredients of the items mentioned on the menu.

And finally they can only and only serve what they can prepare easily which tastes good though.

Overall prices are high which would have got compensated if we get what we want but alas that does not happen. This is the 2nd time I went.

A fine-dine restaurant in Kolhapur 🍴✨ – elegant ambience, unique menu, and definitely on the expensive side. They serve Indian, Asian, and fast food with a strong focus on non-veg options**, though vegetarians still have decent choices. The bar menu is good too with a variety of mocktails 🍹 and cocktails 🍸.

We ordered Paneer Sizzler, Paneer Multani Tikka, and two mocktails – Kanopy Volcano & Twin Angel.

Paneer Sizzler 🍲came with a fried rice base, Schezwan-marinated paneer on top, one side of salad (capsicum, broccoli, beans 🥦🌶️) and the other with crispy French fries 🍟. Presentation was great and paneer was soft & flavorful. Paneer Multani Tikka 🍢 tasted good but had less white dressing than expected. Kanopy Volcano Mocktail 🍷❄️ was unique – a cranberry juice jar dipped in soda and cooled with liquid nitrogen – quite a show! Twin Angel Mocktail 🍍🍒🍦 was a mix of pineapple and cranberry juice, topped with vanilla ice cream & a cherry – tasty but a bit sweeter than expected.
