Review for Ashmita Restaurant / joshi wade wale – A Delightful Maharashtrian & South Indian Food Experience in Hinjewadi maan road
During my month-long stay near Ashmita, this restaurant became my go-to place for delicious and homely food. Serving an excellent variety of Maharashtrian and South Indian dishes, Ashmita never failed to impress me with its taste, quality, and warm hospitality.
Food & Taste:
From the very first bite, it was clear that Ashmita prioritizes authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. Their Batata Wada and Wada Pav are among the best I’ve had—crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, with chutneys that perfectly balance spice and tanginess. The Dosa and Uttapam are well-prepared, with just the right crispness and served with fresh coconut chutney and sambar. I also enjoyed their Dabeli and rice dishes, which were always served hot and full of flavor.
Service & Cleanliness:
The restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The staff is friendly, polite, and always ready to help, making sure customers are comfortable. The counter staff welcomes and greets everyone with a smile, adding a personal touch to the service.
Management & Atmosphere:
What truly sets Ashmita apart is the presence of the owner, who personally oversees the operations. His hands-on approach ensures that food quality, service, and customer satisfaction are always a priority.
Final Verdict:
If you're in Hinjewadi and looking for tasty, hygienic, and affordable Maharashtrian and South Indian food, Ashmita is a must-visit. Whether you want a quick Wada Pav, a filling Dosa, or a comforting rice dish, you’ll find something satisfying here. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good food with...
Read moreI had a very bad experience today with @joshi_wadewale at Maanroad,Hinewadi branch . I took coupon for 2 wadapav at counter and when I went to self service counter , a man came to take my coupon after 5 min of waiting . SO I told this guy 'dada tumhala ki sarkhi sangitye chutney dya tumhi bolla sampliye ani ata atun kashi kay ali ' so he responsded in very rude manner in front of many customer that 'mala kay mahit aat madhe ahe chutney ' and he kept insulting me in front of everyone . Even the person at counter didnt help me when I made him aware .In Last that person said 'garib ahe mhanun ' .He still didnt give me that chutney for which such a big issue happened. My point here is he is employee how is he saying at 2pm in the day chutney is over , cant he go inside and refill .
