Oven Story — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I ordered 2 Pizzas from Swiggy. First of all it said 20 minutes then the time was extended to 44 mins as order was not ready when Swiggy guy arrived at restaurant. Both pizza were rotten and smelly like. They user old cheese and toppings on it and was not even 7 inches as they specified on Swiggy. I called customer care to take the order back and provide my refund, however they were of no help at all and kept saying we bake fresh pizzas.

Caution: Do not buy any product from this store specially as they have bad customer service and bad food that they sell at high price with some discount to attract customers.

SHAME ON YOU Oven Story Pizza....

Had a terrible experience with Ovenstory, I ordered from Swiggy. The delivery person asked me to rate him right after handing over the order, and he was really pushy about seeing the rating because he claimed it would affect his earnings. I reluctantly gave him a 5-star rating for the delivery, but then he asked me to rate the food as well, I told him I hadn't even opened it. He still insisted, saying his pay depended on it, and started saying sad things, so I ended up rating the food too. But when I opened the pizza, it was cold, smelled bad, and was undersized. I'm now suspecting that the the restaurant along with delivery partner is running a scam to manipulate ratings, which is why I ordered in the first place, good ratings.Super disappointing experience. I recently ordered the Chicken Pepperoni Garlic Bread along with their 1 Veg + 1 Non-Veg Pizza Combo, which included the Veggie Farmhouse Pizza and the Tandoori Chicken Thin Crust pizza.

While the garlic bread was quite enjoyable in terms of flavor, both pizzas were deeply disappointing. The thin crust base had an odd, overly sweet taste that didn’t pair well with the toppings. The overall flavor of both pizzas felt off, and the quality was far below expectations. To make matters worse, the Tandoori Chicken Pizza was missing a portion of one of its slices, which is unacceptable from a hygiene and quality perspective.

Considering the price point, the entire experience felt like a complete waste, definitely not value for money. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this...
